Important information for visitors

For your greatest enjoyment, safety and comfort, the following rules should be observed when visiting the exhibit for your greatest enjoyment, safety and comfort:

1. At our exposition, all exhibits are behind glass - please be careful not to touch the glass. Running is prohibited at the exhibit.
2. Children under 14 years old can visit the exposition only if accompanied by an adult. At the entrance it is necessary to take all toys (especially heavy and hard ones: cars, robots, etc.) out of children's hands.
3. We ask you to observe cleanliness, silence and public order.
4. Visiting the exposition with food and drinks is prohibited.
5. Smoking is prohibited in the layout room and in the restrooms.
6. It is forbidden to bring and/or bring any animals to the exposition.
7. The administration of the exposition reserves the right to regulate the number of visitors by stopping access to the exposition for a certain period of time.
8. The administration of the exposition reserves the right to deny access to any person who violates the rules of visiting.
9. There are a lot of interesting and exciting things on the layout, so even adults and parents are almost immediately immersed in the magical world of the miniature city and distracted from reality - please do not forget about the children with whom you came, do not lose sight of them and keep an eye on valuable things.
10. Video and photo shooting at the museum is free (including professional photography). You can also send your photos to our e-mail and we will publish the most interesting and successful photos.
11. There is continuous video recording in the room, based on Spanish law
12. In the panels below the layout, you can press buttons that run scenarios on the layout. A red indication shows that the scenario is currently running. A green indication invites you to run the scenario.
